| 3 | Pharmacist Grade-II | The Candidates must have passed 10+2 in Science with a Diploma in CSSD, failing which 3 years of experience in CSSD in large teaching hospital. |
| 4 | CSSD Asstt | (i) The Candidates must have B.Sc. Degree in Medical Perfusion from a recognized Institute/University OR (ii) The Candidates must have B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with a certificate in Perfusion Technology (awarded by a recognized Institution/ Association/ Authority. |
