Eligibility Criteria for MPSC Departmental PSI Recruitment 2023

Education Qualification:

• The examination is open to individuals currently employed as Assistant Police Sub-Inspectors, Police Constables, Police Naiks, and Police Sepoys within the Home Department of the Maharashtra State Government.
• Candidates with a graduate degree from a recognized university must have completed a minimum of four years of continuous service to be eligible.
• For candidates who have passed the Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education’s H.Sc. Exam or possess a qualification recognized by the Maharashtra Government as equivalent, a minimum of five years of continuous service is required to qualify.

Age Limit:

Candidates from the Amagas category must be below 35 years of age, while those from the Backward Class category must be below 40 years of age. The age calculation will be based on the final application submission date, which is October 3, 2023, as mentioned in the advertisement.
