Education Qualification:

For Director (Project/Technical):
- A recognized degree in civil engineering from an esteemed institution or university.

- Post of Chief Engineer or equivalent in Level 13A as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs. 8,900) OR
- Associate Professor of Indian Universities or Institutes in Academic Level 13A in the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Academic Grade Pay Rs. 9,000) with a minimum of two years of regular service in the grade, OR
- Post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent in Level 13 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs. 8700) with a minimum of four years of regular service in the grade.
For Director (Project/Technical) on Contract Basis:
- Ideal candidates must have retired from Central or State Government, PSU, or autonomous bodies, at the esteemed level of Chief Engineer (CE) or Senior Engineer (SE), with a minimum of 4 years of service.
For Joint Director (Project/Technical) on a deputation basis:
Candidates should have regular experience in various government or autonomous positions, meeting the criteria specified below:1. An analogous post in Level 13A of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Rs 8,900 Grade Pay), OR
- A post equivalent to Superintending Engineer in Level 12 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 7600), with a minimum of 4 years of regular service in the grade, OR
- A post equivalent to Executive Engineer (EE) in Level 11 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 6600), with a minimum of 7 years of regular service in the grade.
For Joint Director (Project/Technical) on a contract basis:
Candidates retired in scale (s) as per the criteria given below are eligible for the following positions in Central/State Governments, PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:
- Level 13A of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Rs 8,900 Grade Pay)
- Post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent in Level 13 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs. 8700) with a minimum of 2 years of regular service in the grade.
- Post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent in Level 12 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 7600) with a minimum of 4 years of regular service in the grade.
