Exim Bank Recruitment 2023 Salary Details
Management Trainees will have the opportunity to join the Bank as Deputy Managers in the Junior Management (JM-I) grade/scale upon successful completion of their one-year training period.
- During the training period, trainees will receive a monthly stipend of Rs.55,000/-.
- Upon absorption, Deputy Managers in the JM-I grade/scale will be entitled to a pay band of (` 36000 – 1490 – 46430 -1740 – 499910 – 1990 – 63840) as per the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) 11th Bipartite Settlement.
